Before you can start a research project you need to apply for ethics approval and governance authorisation.
Our human research ethics committee (HREC) can only review single site research studies done in West Moreton Health.
You can submit both applications at the same time – you don't have to wait for ethics approval before submitting your site-specific assessment (SSA) application.

Join our ethics committee
Our human research ethics committee (HREC) reviews proposed research projects in our hospitals and health service.
