Information for visitors

  • Who can visit

    Family and friends are welcome to visit but must get approval from the treating team and arrange a time to visit.

    When you arrive

    • Show your ID (identification)
    • Follow security rules
    • Follow our no eating, drinking or smoking rules

    Bringing food for a patient

    All food must be in a sealed package and given to security when you arrive. We’ll give it to the person you’re visiting when you leave.

  • Who can visit

    Family and friends can visit, but please call us beforehand. Let us know if you’d like to talk to the treating team while you're here.

    • Staff will explain visitor guidelines

    Visiting hours

    • Monday to Sunday: 3:15 pm to 4:15 pm
    • Children visits on Saturday and Sunday: 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm

  2. Extended Forensic Rehabilitation and Treatment Unit
  3. Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit
