The satellite hospital is also known as Moodoombar Dabbil, a name chosen by the local Traditional Owners and elders. It means ‘good water’ in the Yagara language and symbolises health, healing, wellness and care.
We aren’t an emergency department and only treat minor illnesses or injuries.
In an emergency, always call Triple Zero (000) and ask for an ambulance. If you're not sure, call 13 HEALTH (13 43 25 84) and speak to a registered nurse.
