Initial consultation on the Strategic Plan has closed. We are currently working with all the valuable information and feedback that has been submitted through our engagements.
Next steps involve completion of the draft and providing the option for further feedback from stakeholders.

We developed our Strategic Plan 2021–2025 [PDF 2996.45 KB] with input from members of our community and our staff.
It sets out our vision, purpose and values, and supports the Queensland Government's plan for our communities to have good jobs, better services and a great lifestyle.
